1.Who is responsible for your data

Data you give us

• Order details: your full name, email address, WhatsApp number, country, and any note you add in the order form.
• Support messages: what you write to us by email or WhatsApp, including screenshots you send.

Data from payments

• our payment provider processes your payment. We receive limited information such as your name, email, amount, date, payment status, country and the last digits or type of your card. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Data collected automatically

• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and the time of your visit, recorded by our hosting provider in server logs.
• If we use analytics or advertising tools (for example Meta Pixel or Google Analytics), they may set cookies or similar technologies. See section 7.

Data we never collect

• Your Google account password or login codes. You redeem your link yourself on your own account.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:

• our payment provider, to process payments;
• our website hosting provider;
• our email provider and WhatsApp (Meta), to communicate with you;
• form tools we may use to receive orders (for example Formspree);
• analytics and advertising providers, if used (see section 7);
• authorities, when required by law, or to protect our rights in a dispute.

Some of our providers are located outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. When we transfer data abroad, we use providers that offer appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, as required by applicable law.

• Order and payment records: as long as required by accounting and tax law (generally up to 10 years).
• Support conversations: up to 24 months after your last message.
• Server logs: up to 12 months.
• Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions (such as remembering your session) and, if enabled, for analytics and advertising measurement (such as Meta Pixel or Google Analytics).
