Terms of Service

1.Who we are

This website, aipropass.online (the "Site"), is operated by AI Pro Pass ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +212 682-685845.

By placing an order or using the Site, you ("you", "the customer") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or buy from us.

2.What we sell

We sell a digital activation link (also called a redemption link or pass) that, when redeemed on an eligible Google account, applies the Google AI Pro plan for the period stated on the offer page (18 months). We may also include free digital bonuses (prompt library, automation templates, community access) as described on the Site.

We are an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Google LLC or Alphabet Inc. All Google services are provided by Google, not by us. Google decides which features the plan contains and may change, add or remove features at any time. The features listed on our Site describe the plan as we understand it at the time of writing and are given for information only.

3.Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
• You need a personal Google account in good standing, in a country where Google AI Pro is available.
• Some links can only be redeemed by accounts that do not already have an active Google One or Google AI subscription, or that have not used a similar offer before. If this applies, we will tell you before or at delivery. Please contact us before buying if you are unsure.

4.Prices and payment

The price is shown on the offer page ($19.99 at the time of writing) and is a one-time payment. It is not a subscription and will never be charged again automatically.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details. Your bank may convert the amount into your local currency and may charge its own fees; those are not controlled by us.

We may change our prices at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

5.Delivery

Instant delivery: when stock is available, your activation link is shown on screen and/or sent by email right after your payment is confirmed.

Manual delivery: when instant stock is sold out, you can place an order through the form on the Site. We then send your payment and activation link by email or WhatsApp, normally within 24 hours. If we cannot deliver within 72 hours of payment, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Please check your spam folder. You are responsible for giving us a correct email address and WhatsApp number.

6.Redeeming your link

• Open the link while signed in to the Google account you want to use, and follow Google's on-screen steps.
• Each link can be redeemed once, on one account. Once redeemed, it cannot be moved to another account.
• Google may ask you to add a payment method to confirm the offer. If so, cancel any automatic renewal in your Google account before the plan period ends if you do not want to be charged by Google afterwards. We have no control over charges made by Google.
• Keep your link private until you use it. We are not responsible for a link that is used by someone else after we delivered it to you.

7.If the link does not work

If your link is invalid, already used, or shows an error when you redeem it, contact us within 30 days with a screenshot. We will either send you a working replacement or refund you in full, as described in our 30-Day Refund Policy.

8.Plan duration and changes by Google

The plan duration (18 months) starts when you redeem the link. The service is run by Google, so its availability, features and limits depend on Google. We cannot guarantee that Google will not change, suspend or end the plan, a promotion, or a specific feature during that period. If Google ends your plan early for a reason that is not caused by you, contact us: we will review your case and offer a replacement or a partial refund in proportion to the unused months, at our discretion and where required by law.

9.Bonuses

The free bonuses (prompt library, automations, community access) are provided by us, for your personal use. You may not resell or redistribute them. "Lifetime" community access means for as long as we operate that community. The values shown for bonuses are our own estimate of their worth, not a price you pay.

10.Your responsibilities

• Use Google's services in line with Google's Terms of Service and policies.
• Do not resell, share publicly, or misuse the activation link.
• Do not use the Site for fraud, including chargebacks on orders you received and used. We may share evidence of delivery and redemption with the payment provider in case of a dispute.
• Give us accurate information when you order.

11.Refusing or cancelling orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if we suspect fraud, if stock runs out, or if there is an obvious pricing error.

12.Intellectual property

The Site's text, design and bonus materials belong to us or our licensors. Google, Gemini, Google One, Google AI Pro, Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and other names are trademarks of Google LLC and are used only to describe the product. See our Legal Disclaimer.

13.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of data, profit or business, or for problems caused by Google's services, your internet connection or your device.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

14.Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

15.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the Site when you placed it. The date at the top of this page shows the latest update.

16.Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. We encourage you to contact us first so we can solve any problem quickly. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be handled by the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco, without affecting any right you may have to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.
